What Is Breathwork?

Changing ‘how’ you breathe is the first step towards a greater sense of wellbeing…

Join us for a revitalising breathwork experience where you’ll be guided through a series of movement and breath practices designed to energise, reset and revitalise your body and mind.

Whether you’re completely new to ‘breathwork’ or you’re a seasoned practitioner, these sessions are for everyone. You can simply start in a way thats comfortable and over time go further in the practice.


You’ll also have an opportunity to connect with other like minded people within the community… A lot of great friendships and connections have come from these events.

There’s a reason why breathwork has been used all around the world in various cultures for thousands of years and is now being rapidly adopted again world wide!
