“How do I improve my mindset?”

Guess what, I will never tell anyone they need to improve their mindset...

It is a socially engineered concept which originated back in 1916, used by psychologists to describe 'habits of mind formed by previous experiences'

The word mindset tells you what it means... Mind-Set

Mind means 'That which feels, wills and thinks, the intellect' Set means 'to put in some place, to fix firmly'

I'm here to tell you nature does not favour your intellect being fixed firmly… Nature favours evolution over fixation

Just imagine if rather than focusing on fixation, you focused on flexibility. Remember that your mind has the capacity to rewire and build new neurological connections, which is called neuroplasticity.

I like to call this 'adaption' & 'evolution'
